Increase in traffic will be a problem during and after development Difficult to get onto A650 already. Improvements must be made to avoid impact on the World Heritage Site and the buffer zone.

Destruction of Green Belt. Destruction of ecological habitats of local wildlife. I have concerns regarding flooding further down hill as this land would no longer slow rain water flow downhill. Increase in population putting more strain on already full local schools. More suitable sites are available.
