Negative impact on the local wildlife. Extra load on the already failing infrastructure, water mains, electricity supply. We already have regular leaks to the mains, and regular power outages. This will just add to the load and cause more issues. Additional load to the roads and footpaths around Oakworth will impact on the already congested village centre.
