I strongly object to Bradford Council's Local Plan and Strategy for Burley in Wharfedale for the reasons outlined in the formal Burley Parish Council's response to the plan and I wholly support the content of the Parish Council's objections. As a democratic society the local residents' substantive objections and clear rejection of the Council's Plan for Burley in Wharfedale must be listened to and addressed, as the Council's failure to do so would be a direct contravention, breach and dismissal of the fundamental democratic and human rights of the residents of the village who will be directly and adversely impacted by this plan.
