Greenbelt land should NOT be used for housing.
Contribution to increased flood risk. The site currently provides natural storage and mitigates against flood risk. parts of the site are in the flood plain.
Habitat loss.
Loss of amenity - vista and public footpaths will be lost
Traffic increase will increase congestion.
Impact on schools and other civic resources which are already under pressure.
