Park Lane, Parkwood Street and Coney Bridge cannot support further developments without some very serious road and infrastructure changes. Increased housing sites means an increase in volume of traffic which is currently assessed at two vehicles per household. There would undoubtedly be a huge strain on the local primary school which is set over two sites.

Access would be onto Parkwood Rise which leads directly onto Park Lane just above Parkwood Street and Coney Bridge. Congestion in this area is poor at all times of the day, weekends included.
