Although a small site KY40 is also part of this urban creep and more importantly, greenbelt. If approved it would create with KY36 (if approved) a pincer movement to taking over the whole of this area by in-fill. Situated just off a busy junction which is a shortcut for many motorists travelling from Keighley to Harden, Bingley, Wilsden and then onto Bradford.

This land is only part of a larger section which could then be encroached on if planning was to be approved for this site.
