I object to the building of houses on green belt land. This area is a haven for wildlife, and forms a wildlife corridor from the moors into spring woods. It has been a welcome sanctuary during lockdown and undoubtedly the green open space has had a positive impact on mental health. The additional cars will have a huge effect on an already dangerous junction between Langley Lane and Roundwood Road. During school start and finish times this area is already subject to heavy congestion, inconsiderate parking and pollution. The additional cars from the proposed site will only exacerbate this problem.
