· The plan does not provide adequate infrastructure planning.
· A number of proposed development sites have poor access.
· There appear to be missed opportunities for increasing local employment within the Ward.
· The area has a low percentage of affordable housing and this is not addressed in the plan.
· Services, namely education and health care are already stretched to significant lengths. I see no clear indication of proposals to tackle these issues given a high proposed increase in housing / resident numbers.
· Excessive use of Green Belt land when Brownfield sites could be used more favourably and give a better return.
