This development, although reasonably small will add significant pressure to the highway network in what is already a dangerous location for children travelling to and from Foxhill School. In 2019, the area was surveyed and deemed enough of a hazard to warrant keeping the crossing patrol for Foxhill School. This development is too close to the school and is also on Green Belt land next to a well-used footpath/bridleway.
