I object in the strongest possible terms to this proposed development. This site is part of Gill Beck Valley which is a rare survival within the Bradford district of land which supports a wide range of wildlife - including plants, insects, birds and mammals - as is eloquently demonstrated by the report submitted by the Friends of Gill Beck Valley, The area is well used for recreational purposes and has proved an invaluable resource during recent lockdowns. This development would fundamentally change the character and sustainability of this significant asset and is entirely contrary to the interests of Bradford and the objectives of the Local Area Plan
