Several properties on Moorlands Avenue have an ongoing flooding issue coming from Brown Springs Farm due to a new driveway built over a land drain causing flooding. To stop this the land drains have been altered and diverted the water above ground to run parallel with the new drive, from there down the road into nearby properties. The situation and the rest of the property's along Moorlands and Thornbank Ave, would get a lot worse with the building of more housing in this area

Look at the problem's already with flooding on phase 1.
