It will be impossible for house owners to get insurance, so no one in their right mind will buy these houses.
FORGET IT, AND DROP THIS RIDICULOUS IDEA NOW.
Why not use those brown field sites instead, of which they’re are many, to help rejuvenate those run down areas.
