IL3H is greenbelt and development on this land would impact upon and potentially devalue the properties that are in close proximity. The field has drainage issues and a culvert runs beneath the cellars of the properties on Wheatley Lane. A development exacerbates the risk of flooding.
A increase in traffic and residents would overload an already strained infrastructure.
The inclusion of a car park could be a magnet for anti social behaviour.
Greenbelt was protected for a reason.
