3. Increase in traffic - the A65 is a busy traffic route which is heavily congested.
4. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley sewage sites are already stretched and unable to deal with current capacity, regularly overflowing.
5. Schools - the only secondary school serving the whole area is running at full capacity
6. Additional building - the proposals doesn’t take into account other developments that have been taking place and are already planned
