The removal of this Green Belt land for the development of 130 houses is not appropriate. The loss of the site and the development of so many new houses in a concentrated area would have a significant detrimental impact on the existing character of Ben Rhydding.

Loss of Green Belt land.
Impact on character of Ben Rhydding.
The local transport infrastructure and school facilities cannot support so much housing development.
Impact on trees and environment.

The loss of the site and the development of so many new houses in a concentrated area would have a significant detrimental impact on the existing character of Ben Rhydding. The local transport infrastructure and school facilities cannot support so much housing development. The site has a number of well established protected trees and a copse, so development would have a detrimental environmental and landscape impact. The public right of way is key to the recreational amenity of the area
