There are lots of wildlife in the field including Deer and hedgehogs. It is a wildlife haven with lots of trees along the perimeter.
Pasture Avenue is already congested with double parking on pavements so extra traffic will add to this. It will also cause safely issues to the young children and the elderly that live on the avenue. Not to mention the extra noise due to traffic/building etc
The local Primary school is already at capacity.
Doctors surgery is closed and patients are having to go further afield.
