Oakworth is a village not a town, the roads, sewers, drains are all at capacity and often block or subside. The school is full to capacity, the doctors has been closed for 11 months due to Covid and rumour has it that it will not reopen and there is no dentist in the village. I have had first hand experience of what planning application actually means once given, the developers have a free reign to do what they want. We need our green belt to be green belt.
