1. It is in a flood plain. There was severe flooding to the lower part of Branksome drive in 2000 & 2015 form the river & also of sewerage. Would the drains cope with extra housing.
2. We receive many flood alerts & flood warnings from the environment agency.
3. There is traffic congestion from the Bingley bypass to Saltaire , Shipley & Canal Rd. which has not yet been addressed.
4. A colony of bats resides in that area.
5. Traffic congestion on Bingley Rd. would cause access problems.
