This is a Greenfield site which is enjoyed by many walkers and has been so for many years.
It is the habitat of nature and should remain as such as their habitat is being squeezed by humans every year.
The impact on water run off and flooding in the valley below would be greatly increased.
The roads are already congested enough without a further 104 houses adding to this area.
