There is already substantial new build on the opposite side of Keighley Road and Bogthorn Hamlet will be utterly eroded with more new builds. Need to be sympathetic to the area and consider the existing new builds which have already eroded the views and aspects of existing properties, adding more to the rear creates a new build sandwich for existing properties. The field area is sloping and will dramatically elevate the profile of any housing.
