1) it is a local green wildlife area that is accessible for local residents
2) concerns over flooding as the fild has natrual rain water drainage
3 ) already build up of traffic for the two local schools so more air pollution for local residents and children - especially after Bradford has concerns around this an taking steps to reduce this.
4) concerns around flooding as following 2020 rain in Feb our home experienced flooding and this is before having a natural site to drain water away
5) schools and local gp already difficult to access, with more development would me more problems in accessing facilities
6) current safe secure way for children to access school - more build up of property makes it less accessible to school in safe manner.
7) impact on wildlife that is around the area
8) need for clean air to reduce covid.
