The land is used by children to play on ,the schools are over subscribed as are all the doctors surgeries and dental practices , where are all these people going to go to school and how do you expect the doctors surgeries to cope with all these extra people ,it will cause a great deal more traffic in an area that is already manic with traffic ,to squeeze 44 houses in this land is madness in an area that is already overpopulated , also the road on bowman is already hectic on school days if you add in the amount of cars that will be using this road for another 44 houses is totally ludicrous
