Representation Summary:
The local area strategy does not provide enough housing land in Queensbury.
The Core Strategy HOU3: Distribution of Housing Development policy, which distributed 1000 houses to Queensbury, should be used and adopted in the proposed new draft Local Plan.
Some of the sites chosen are not the most suitable or sustainable locations.
The Queensbury Golf Club site is available, suitable, achievable and deliverable. It is the best and most suitable location for significant housing development in Queensbury.
