The traffic would increase, the school children would be at risk not only from the increase in traffic but also from the residents over looking the school also children play in the field this would end. Our house would be over looking the houses if built which i do not wish to happen as our privacy would be restricted not only in the house but in our garden also. I was told when we purchased that the land was locked and therefore wouldn't be built on because of only one entrance and exit via Bowman Ave which would never be viable.
