The area surrounding Langley Lane is already built up on both sides and could be described as "full of housing stock".
To consider adding 40 houses to the area off Meadowside Road, would further contribute to an already busy traffic system, with the addition of potentially in excess of 80 cars.
The school next to the site already creates major traffic congestion twice a day and to have further traffic trying to negotiate these bottlenecks, is a further accident hazard.
The potential housing development will impact on the beautiful Tong Park Valley and conservation area and should not be given planning permission.
