Representation Summary:

Sun Lane is completely unsuitable for housing development. Flooding issues have already been identified on Sun Lane and high groundwater is already an issue for residents on Hall Drive, increased development will increased hardstand and run off will only worsen these issues. Indeed, JBA Consulting's strategic flood risk assessment deemed the site unsuitable for residential dwellings.
