100% OBJECT - Why change something that does not require it.
Not to mention the MASSIVE issue of parking that is already bad at the moment with the school and day to day access
Flood risks from the land if housing is built
Road access given that is the ONLY road access from Halifax Road - be way too much and also takes away from the area
The area is also used daily for dog walkers and is also extremely more appealing to the school / children instead of 40 houses that quite frankly we do not need.
