Number of major issues let alone what comes in general with a housing estate.
There would be massive flooding potential with the water running downwards when building on that plot of land.
Parking is also a major issue around the area already with the school and general day to day access given this is the only road in from Halifax Road it would cause endless amounts of constant traffic which would not be good considering this is next to primary school with day to day children coming and going which would increase the number of risks and accidents.
The area is quite secluded and also quite and after years and years why try to change this now.
