If houses are built you were need to put a proper drainage system in to prevent gardens on Midgley Drive from getting flooded. Despite there currently being a lot of land vis the fields to soak up rain fall we still get a small bit of flooding so if houses are to be built this problem will only worsen therefore adequate drainage needs installing to tackle this known problem which will worsen if fields are built on.
