There will be single access road to this proposed development which is very concerning because of the massive increase in road traffic it must create. It is sited on the upper edge of Nab Wood estate where there are no ameneties. Only the fittest will be able to walk to and from the shops in Saltaire so all other traffic will be by road through the estate down to the roundabout at the end of Saltaire High Street. This is already a congestion bottle neck - today with light traffic only 3 cars got through , with a 4th tagged on running the lights. This is significant because the proposed Saltaire tunnel of a few years ago identified this section of main road and this particular junction as the busiest of its kind in Europe.
Most households in Nab Wood are multi vehicle, as will these proposed houses.
