- the area is already overpopulated with vehicles and parking
- the school in that area is already oversubscribed
- the fields where the building is proposed has a lot of wildlife which would be disrupted including endangered species
- a recent survey which will be submitted to yourselves shows the huge number of people that use the area for recreation which would be affected by the disruption caused through the building
- there are a number of potential brown belt sites in the area that could be used instead
