Development will create traffic chaos on the approach to the site, it is a beautiful area and enjoyed by many, I have walked the area with my children and do the same with my grandchildren.
When the school is open it is terrible to get up Langley Lane at school time, I avoid using my car at school times as a can never get home, because of all the school traffic.
