I object to this development as the local area is already over developed with housing on the Branshaw Park development. Traffic and congestion is my main concern accessing this proposed site should not be via occupation lane via Camborne Way but directly either off Oakworth Road or Wheathead Lane. I have a family and due to the high traffic congestion on Camborne Way with heavy goods vehicles and increased residents from the new housing estate feel the co2 level in the area has increased rapidly. Drainage in this area is a major ongoing concern which has affected residents for years causing flooding at Exley head. The Bridal Way on Occupation lane towards the Golf course is heavily used by pedestrians with families and dog walkers to develop this land with more housing would spoil the semi rural landscape
