Following the proposal of ANOTHER 95 houses in Oakworth, the village is already past capacity, the local school is over flowing, the doctors surgery is now closed and doesn't look as if it will re-open, the narrow streets and roads are constantly congested. Oakworth is very quickly disappearing as a village and is being absorbed into Keighley. The proposed developments are on green belt land which is quickly being eaten up. The infrastructure is at bursting point.
