With respect to the housing and employment developments in the above areas may I make the following comments:

(1) This land is greenbelt
(2) The maintenance of greenbelt delineates communities.
(3) These developments are removing agricultural land used for the provision of food.
(4) There is currently no adequate public transport to theses areas.
