The proposed site is green field and green belt land.
Access roads for it are not suitable from either wheathead or occupation lane. Occupation lane is an unadopted road and wouldn't take the heavy wagons, as well as been narrow. The area does flood and would be worse. Oakworth road below the persimmons new estate is worse than ever for flooding and this could add to it as well as the surrounding houses to this field. As well as water running down occupation lane which could also effect the other houses on it.
Adverse effect of the sky line due to been on top of the hill. There is other areas of brown belt that could be used. Need to look after our green areas as we keep losing them to projects like this.
