Any additional housing in this area would create unbelievable traffic problems as this proposal is extremely close to Baildon Primary School where it is currently chaotic when the school is open as cars are parked on both sides of the road and in certain places it is only possible for single file traffic. The safety of primary school children has to be considered.

The greenbelt area is used by masses of walkers, both local and visitors, and it is essential that everyone can enjoy the scenery whilst at the same having essential exercise for their well-being.
