This land has had a drainage ditch built into it as it is so wet that it causing flooding to the gardens of both 15 and 8 Bowman Avenue, to the point that one year number 8 Bowman avenue was subjected to a mud slide that went up the house. I would be concerned that any works would fill this flood defence in and cause further flooding problems for those building.
I also feel that the school parking we suffer from along with increased traffic from the dwellings would cause far too much traffic for such a narrow road.This field is regularly used by children and dog walkers and would be a significant loss to the local community.
