This proposed development is going to increase the volume of traffic using roads in this part of Baildon and the wider area:
•Langley Lane is already blocked daily during school drop off and pick up times.
•Rush hours already have turning problems at the junctions of:
Roundwood Road and A6038 Otley Road.
Roundwood Road and Langley Lane.
•Baildon Road is already blocked up towards Baildon centre during the morning rush hour at the junction of A6038 Otley Road.
