I have several concerns about development on this land.
1) Wildlife in the area would be severely impacted. I regularly see owls, bats, badgers and foxes in these fields as well as many species of birds.
2) The Brontë Way runs across the top of this plan. It is regularly used by locals to exercise and to make the most of fresh air and green space with
beautiful views across the valley. This development would take that away from local residents.
3) The noise pollution from the development would be unacceptable, given the amount of groundwork that would be required to prepare and build on the land. Thornton Cemetery (a place that requires peace) is next to the plan.
4) The fields hold a lot of water. Building on top would have series consequences to drainage.

Please don't permit this proposed concrete jungle on our landscape.
