1. Destruction of greenbelt land and negative impact to wildlife, the environment and surrounding area.

2. Negative impact on the health, safety and well being of current residents of Meadowside, Hayfield Close and other Langley Lane residents.

3. Increased danger to children, pedestrians and residents in an already overly congested residential school area - exacerbating an existing problem.

4. Increased probability of accidents and damage due to increased traffic and congestion, in an already overly congested residential school area - exacerbating an existing problem.

5. The negative traffic repercussions and increased danger to Langley Lane, Roundwood Road, Otley Road junction and the wider Baildon area as drivers seek alternative routes to avoid congestion - exacerbating an existing problem.

I appeal to you not to take this proposal forward and to focus on alternative sites with suitable infrastructure.
