I would like to strongly OBJECT to the proposed building on sites SH5/H, SH6/H and SH4/H
My OBJECTIONS are
1 FLOODING GROUND STABLILITY and DRAINAGE. Branksome Drive is already a well known FLOOD zone & was victim of total house flooding in Dec 2015 whereby residents vacated their houses for up to 12 months. The residents are under constant stress as potential floods in Jan and Feb of 2021 already ! The Government is trying to prevent further areas of flood risk so it's seems ludicrous when there are so many other sites available.
2 INABILITY to cope with traffic volumes as well as linking to highway safety on busy A650. Roads around the area already queuing at peak times
3 LOSS OF WILDLIFE bats are seen widely in the area regularly and are a protected species
4 LOSS OF community identity... with the elimination of the GREEN BELT
5 Loss of Habitat
6 Non complience with zero carbon policy
7. Air Pollution
8. Detrimental Impact on existing properties
