(Local Plan Team have merged the 2 submissions received which were specific to this site into 1 submission- summarised below)
Land is crucial to the well-being of and enjoyed by everyone in the area and for miles around - walkers, fishermen, horse riders, sledgers
Land contains abundance of wildlife, beauty and has historic significance
Drainage does not cope
Proximity to woods and listed buildings
Pylons and associated health risks
Increased traffic
Hedgerows and protected habitat
Abundance of wildlife regularly seen and heard - Frogs, Newts, Damsel flies, a variety of insects, butterflies and Bees. Bats, kestrels, sparrow hawks, Owls, Woodpeckers, long tailed tits, greenfinch and goldfinch. We are being discouraged from building hard patios etc due to flood risk and now you propose to cover the fields in buildings. This is so important to us all. Please reconsider. Look for brown field.
