Increased traffic / parking issues On Thornton Road, build at south of cemetery already resulted in increased parking issues
Strain on local services (Medical centre, school, parking at shops)
Destruction of green space detrimental to wildlife / changing village.
Cemetery may potentially become a unofficial recreation area, if no such areas planned with build.
Build may overlook existing buildings, removing / reducing light and privacy.
