The site is on a higher level than existing properties in Moorlands Avenue and will overlook them causing loss of privacy. The public footpath between the site and Moorlands Avenue already gets saturated with water in wet weather, and building will make it worse and cause possible further flooding onto Properties which have already suffered in parts due to ground works previously at one end of the road.
