I feel that this proposal will severely affect this area. mainly due to the increased traffic as you have already mentioned that cars/person in the Cottingley area is above average. There is major congestion backing up to the end of the bypass. Also any further reduction in greenbelt & issues affecting drainage is a bad Idea as there are issues with flooding in the area. Please take my feedback .
