This proposed site is unsuitable to be used for any housing plans due to the fact that it is and will remain a flood plane which is overlooked by high voltage electricity cables
The cost to divert the power lines underground would render any development unaffordable
Also the planned site is pasture land for livestock,wild geese and flocks of swans
