As the site provides no public amenity, being private land, I have no objection to it being built on. I would however ask that the development respects the character and style of surrounding buildings - not to be a pastiche, it could be ultra-modern, but not an eyesore thrown up cheaply by a developer keen to maximise profit over quality.
