The proposed development on Tong Park Fields in Baildon will:
1. Cause disruption and pollution to an unspoilt area.
2. Reduce the amenity and recreational availability of the area
3. Affect wildlife such as the Natterjack Toad that has been observed in that area. Their status is “Decreasing”.
4. Create over demand on local resources such as education, roads and services.
5. Langley Lane is a cul de sac. Traffic problems already exist, as do problems with the road surface and drainage
