This area already suffers from flooding which has been made worse by the house built there in the last couple of years. It is a difficult area to get to, high up on the hill behind existing houses and the number of new houses would generate approximately, another 240 cars needing access. none of the existing roads are suitable to provide this access and could not be easily upgraded.
